We are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our website visitors, clients, and prospective clients.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you visit our website (https://complizenglobal.com), use our services, or interact with us through any other channel. This policy applies to both our Personal Plan and Enterprise Plan offerings.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2

When you interact with our website or engage our services, we may collect the following personal information that you voluntarily provide:

  • First Name and Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number (optional)
  • Service of Interest (selected from our offerings)
  • Message content describing your project, challenges, or goals
  • Organization/company name and designation (during engagements)
  • Any additional information you choose to share via email, phone, or during consultations

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, certain information may be collected automatically:

  • Browser type and version
  • Device type and operating system
  • IP address (anonymized where possible)
  • Pages viewed and time spent on the website
  • Referring URL and exit pages
  • Scroll depth and interaction patterns (for user experience optimization)

2.3 Information from Third-Party Services

Our website uses the following third-party services, which may collect or process data on our behalf:

  • EmailJS: Used to process and deliver contact form submissions. Your form data (name, email, phone, service selection, and message) is transmitted through EmailJS servers to deliver your inquiry to our team.
3

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services

3.1 Third-Party AI Services

Complizen Global leverages enterprise-grade, third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms, machine learning models, and automated analytical technologies to enhance our consulting capabilities, improve service delivery, and streamline internal operations. These AI services are utilized as part of our consulting, analysis, automation, development, and advisory workflows.

3.2 How AI Services Are Used

AI services may be used for purposes including:

  • Assisting in cybersecurity analysis and threat modeling
  • Supporting GRC framework design and compliance documentation
  • Generating and reviewing policy documents, standards, and procedures
  • Enhancing website and application development workflows
  • Powering chatbot and automation solutions delivered to clients
  • Internal research, content generation, and operational support
  • Code generation and technical development assistance

3.3 Data Retention by AI Providers

Commercial AI and cloud platforms offer different subscription tiers (e.g., Personal/Individual plans and Enterprise/Professional plans), each with its own data handling and retention practices:

  • Personal / Individual Plans: Under personal or individual subscription tiers of commercial AI providers, user inputs and outputs may be retained by the provider for a limited period of time as defined in their respective service policies. Data retention periods vary by provider.
  • Enterprise / Professional Plans: Under enterprise or professional subscription tiers, AI providers generally do not retain input or output data beyond the immediate processing session, and such data is typically excluded from model training entirely.

Complizen Global may use either personal or enterprise tiers of these AI services depending on the nature of the engagement and operational requirements. The specific data retention practices applicable to your data will depend on which tier is in use at the time of processing.

Where applicable, third-party data processing remains governed by the respective provider's published security, confidentiality, and data protection documentation.

3.4 Telemetry and AI Training

IMPORTANT: Complizen Global ensures that telemetry and usage data sharing features are disabled (turned OFF) across all AI platforms and tools we use, regardless of the subscription tier. This means:

  • We actively opt out of all data-sharing programs, telemetry collection, and model improvement initiatives offered by AI providers.
  • Your data, project information, and any client-specific content processed through AI services will NOT be used to train, improve, or fine-tune AI models, to the extent that provider controls allow.
  • Where enterprise or professional tiers are used, these tiers typically provide contractual zero-training guarantees by default. Where personal or individual tiers are used, we disable all available telemetry and training data options, though data retention by the provider may still occur in accordance with their policies (see Section 3.3).
  • Client data is not voluntarily shared with AI providers beyond what is strictly necessary for the specific task or service being performed.

3.5 Our Commitment

While we take every reasonable measure to safeguard your data when using AI services, the processing of data through third-party AI platforms is subject to those platforms' own security practices, infrastructure, and compliance certifications. We select AI providers that maintain robust security postures and regularly review their data handling practices.

4

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiries and consultation requests
  • To provide, deliver, and improve our consulting services
  • To communicate with you regarding projects, proposals, and engagements

  • Consent: When you voluntarily submit your information through our contact form or provide data during engagements.
  • Contractual Necessity: When processing is required to fulfill a consulting engagement or service agreement.
  • Legitimate Interest: When processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests (e.g., improving services, securing our platform), provided those interests do not override your fundamental rights.
  • Legal Obligation: When processing is required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or court orders.
6

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your data in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website and delivering services (e.g., EmailJS for form delivery, cloud hosting providers), subject to contractual obligations to protect your data.
  • AI Service Providers: As described in Section 3 above, limited data may be processed through AI platforms strictly for service delivery purposes.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of the business transaction, with notice provided to you.
  • With Your Consent: In any other circumstance where you have provided explicit consent.
7

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law:

  • Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or longer if an active engagement results from the inquiry.
  • Client engagement data: Retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period thereafter (typically 3–5 years) to comply with contractual, legal, and audit requirements.
  • Website analytics data: Retained in anonymized/aggregated form and periodically purged.
  • AI-processed data: Subject to the respective AI provider's retention policies, which vary based on the provider's subscription tier in use (see Section 3.3). On personal/individual tiers, providers may retain data for a limited period; on enterprise tiers, data is generally not retained. We do not maintain independent copies of data processed through AI services beyond what is necessary for deliverables.
8

Data Security

As a cybersecurity consulting firm, we take data protection seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest where applicable
  • Access controls and role-based permissions for internal data access
  • Regular security assessments and vulnerability management
  • Secure configuration of all third-party tools and services
  • Employee security awareness training and confidentiality agreements
